Learning Law
Our common law right to know the Law and an essential prerequisite for freedom.

is most likely the youngest law institute in America and most certainly the only institute that is wholly dedicated to teaching the Organic Laws of the United States of America. The sole professor of this institute is Dr. Eduardo Rivera: http://organiclaws.org/about-ed/
I've been a student of professor Rivera's for over two years. After having previously studied, researched and tested about a dozen other approaches to learning the Law it is the most obvious to me that what Ed has brought to the Organic Law Institute now far exceeds any of the previous approaches. The first cross-the-board difference is the fact that other approaches to learning the Law were severely limited by a kind of myopic fixation on only one quarter of the Organic Laws!
The last of the Organic Laws The 1787 Constitution for the United States of America is only one of the four Organic Laws. It can only be realized for what it truly is by first understanding the preceding three Organic Laws. None of anything that I have ever independently read and none of any of my former teachers that I have had for learning the law have ever pointed out this essential fact!
Government was already in existence before "the Constitution" that was finally "done in Convention by the Unanimous Consent of States present (on) the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty seven and of the Independence of the United States of America the Twelfth".:

Without knowing the three preceding Organic Laws it is virtually impossible to understand what "this Constitution" says because it includes a partial revision of the third Organic Law and most people do not even know what that third Organic Law is! That fact of intended ignorance is probably one of the most successful accomplishments (to the dishonoring credit) of the government school system. The less that people know about their freedom: not to be governed (that was clearly recognized in the second Organic Law) the more that government can expand, expand, expand and expand!
Last evening the Organic Laws Institute had another teleconference for the students. I came on the call late while the Q&A session was in progress and immediately began taking notes. Ed was sharing how in the earlier days people paid the government's tax collector under protest and by doing so they could then take their claim to court and win based on not having any liability to pay the tax. (They had no tax liability because they were not residents on Federal property.) It's because of those wins in court that the office of the tax collector was abolished. That eliminated the enforcement and therefore there was no longer a basis for any protest. From then on the taxes were based on self-assessment. Ever since people have been voluntarily paying taxes. People certify that their returns are true. And then, if they like, they get to feel "patriotic" about paying the tax! What a program!
