February 4, 2019 - Additional Clarity On Jurisdiction -
... You are the Guardians of the Peace and the Enforcers of the Constitutions. Nobody else can do it and without your firm guidance, your employees ---left to their own devices for 150 years--- are in La-La Land.
The jurisdiction that is natural to living people is that of the national soil (people, counties, The United States) and international land (People, State, The United States of America). This is the realm of the State Jural Assemblies.
Because soil and land are attached to each other, qualification in the State Jural Assembly also qualifies you as part of your county jural assembly and vice versa, so that both the land and the soil jurisdictions are "populated" when you qualify as a Juror and join. That is, you are able and qualified to serve either the soil jurisdiction or the land jurisdiction, depending on which hat you put on and which court you serve.
Please note, especially, that your "State" and "County" Courts exist in a totally different jurisdiction than the "State of State" Courts and their corporate franchises operating "as" County Courts.
You are operating on the "land and soil" of your State, addressing the issues that impact the living American people and their assets. You are invoking and enforcing the Public Law, including the Constitutions.
"They", the "U.S. Citizens", are operating in the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea as part of an incorporated Territorial State of State franchise or in the foreign global jurisdiction of the air as an incorporated Municipal STATE OF STATE franchise. They are addressing the affairs and assets of legal fiction "Persons". They are enforcing the private law of their corporations on their employees and shareholders and franchises.
Do not make the mistake of thinking that their courts are your courts. They aren't. These foreign courts are for the most part occupying courthouses that you bought and paid for, but they are like a baseball team occupying a public ball field.
Your courts have a pre-eminent right to use these facilities, and part of what remains to be resolved is for your State Jural Assembly --- once it is fully populated and organized and you have qualified your Electors (not "Voters") and you have held your elections to fill your Offices --- is to inform the State of State Governor that you are in full operation and wish to occupy your own State Buildings, including Courthouses, again.
At first, there may be friction against this idea, but the ultimately, the State of State Courts and their personnel have no choice but to shift over and let you make use of the Public Facilities. This is because you are running the actual Public Courts.
It is also a necessity, because without a State, they have no State of State. Even if their "State of State" corporation is organized under the auspices of a foreign country, as they currently are, they cannot define themselves "of" a non-existent State.
So they need you to maintain the land and soil jurisdiction States as much as you need them to honor and obey the provisions of the Constitutions that authorize their existence.
As you form up your State and County Courts and more people "return" to their birthright political status as Americans and relinquish (gladly for the most part) any presumed "U.S. Citizenship", the Courts you operate are again enabled to invoke jurisdiction over soil and land issues and to enforce the Public Law, including the provisions of the Constitutions and their guarantees owed to the people of this country.
With your courts operating and invoking jurisdiction, a situation like the nightmare that the Bundy family went through over "grazing rights" cannot occur. Why? Because the BLM is only a care-taker of the soil and land resources of the Western States, and the Bundys --- assuming that they declare their birthright political status --- are "recognizable" as the actual Landlords that the BLM works for. ...[17]

Monday, January 8, 2018 - Bundys Freed -- Extra! Extra! Hear All About It! -

It is my understanding that the bad behavior of the FBI and BLM in this matter has finally caught up to them and that the Bundys' and all those who have likewise been falsely accused and prosecuted and persecuted will now be set free and the record established as a finding in their favor "with prejudice"----preventing the vermin responsible for this travesty from ever coming back and bringing forward any more complaints.
Thank God. Finally.
And now, I have a few more choice words:
18 U.S. Code Subsection 2333-- Civil Remedies
(a) Action and Jurisdiction---
Any national of the United States injured in his or her person, property, or business by reason of an act of international terrorism, or his or her estate, survivors, or heirs, may sue therefore in any appropriate district court of the United States and shall recover threefold damages he or she sustains and the cost of the suit, including attorney's fees.
Hear that, Guys? 3X plus court costs. Guaranteed.
And since the Municipal United States is a foreign government and the FBI and BLM are both foreign corporations acting outside their jurisdiction to wreck havoc and attempt unlawful conversion of assets and threaten (and take, in the case of LaVoy Finicum) the lives of the American People, aka, United States Nationals, this IS an act of "international terrorism" by "uniformed officers" against peaceful non-combatant civilian Third Parties.
There you go.
Just remember that in America the words "interstate" and "international" are completely interchangeable, because each state is also a nation---- and also remember that the federal government, whether territorial or municipal, is foreign with respect to us, and there you have it---- acts of "international terrorism" being promoted by our own employees against us.
They will put themselves right out of business if they continue with these abuses, and I hope and I pray that the Bundys and Steve Curry and everyone else who has been wrongfully attacked by these vermin take such a bite out of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC. commercial profits that they learn their lessons and never, ever do these things again on American soil ---or anywhere else for that matter.
Which brings up my final good thought for the day---- Trey Gowdy seems like a real American----a tough, intelligent example of the breed. I like him. And he just happens to be co-chair of the all-powerful House Oversight Subcommittee.... and they just happen to be investigating the actions and inactions of the FBI....
Now, the FBI and the BLM, which have both played such a disgraceful part in the prosecution of the ranchers that is just ending, are owned and operated by what appears to be a private, for-profit agency holding company calling itself the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC.
I've mentioned this fact before. BLM wasn't just calling on the FBI for help with a problem within FBI jurisdiction. BLM was colluding with a sister-company, being directed by the same parent corporation. Ah, so, can anyone tell us who is responsible for the Bad Behavior of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC.--their parent company?
Who is on the Board of Directors of the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT, INC.?
Who is accountable for the misdirection and misconduct of these agencies? Who isn't doing their job to properly inform, direct, and deploy the BLM and the FBI to do the actual jobs that they are supposed to do?
We didn't hire them to harass innocent ranchers over grazing rights they are owed. We certainly didn't hire them to ambush and murder LaVoy Finicum in cold blood. So who set these public servants on such a misdirected path? And why?
Americans want to know--- so we make changes to this little "system" of things gone so horribly wrong. It's abundantly clear that somebody somewhere needs the fear of God put into them. And I bet Trey Gowdy can find out who without burning up too many calories.
Let's ask him. Let's ask the whole House Oversight Subcommittee.

Exaltation: The natural authority and actualizing spirit, that in a position of power, can have genuine and fruitful relationships with the less advantaged. (As long as they are in service and make no demands.) The energy for actualizing that despite this power fuels fruitful relationships with others. No polarity.
I immediately think of the Bundys with this influence that appears soon after the release of Cliven. This transit validates my sense of the need to "outreach" from the "win" of this case (as was mentioned in the first video).

Jury refuses to convict in Bundy ranch standoff -
"A federal jury in Las Vegas refused Tuesday to convict four accused gunman in a 2014 standoff with federal authorities near the Nevada ranch of states' rights figure Cliven Bundy.
In a verdict that delivered a stunning setback to federal prosecutors, the jury acquitted Ricky Lovelien and Steven Stewart of all 10 charges against them.
Defendants Scott Drexler and Eric Parker were found not guilty of most charges against them. The jury did not reach verdicts on four charges against Parker and two charges against Drexler.
The results stunned a courtroom full of the defendants' supporters, many of whom broke into applause after Chief U.S. District Judge Gloria Navarro ordered Lovelien and Stewart freed immediately.
The judge set a hearing Wednesday to decide whether to free Parker and Drexler pending a decision by prosecutors whether to try them for a third time."[1]

The Bundy Family Has Run Cattle On This Range Since 1877!
However, BLM is attempting to run them off "public land" by force (as they did to the other ranchers there).
BLM came into existence in 1946. This family was there since 69 years earlier! It doesn't appear that the BLM recognizes either the common law of grazing or "free inhabitants".:
"The common law of grazing was recognized as applicable to the public domain in the United States as late as the 1890 Supreme Court decision of Buford v. Houtz, 133 U.S. 618. In that case, the court held:
'We are of opinion that there is an implied license, growing out of the custom of nearly a hundred years that the public lands of the United States, especially those in which the native grasses are adapted to the growth and fattening of domestic animals, shall be free to the people who seek to use them where they are left open and unenclosed and no act of government forbids this use... The government of the United States, in all its branches, has known of this use, has never forbidden it, nor taken any steps to arrest it. No doubt it may safely be stated that this has been done with the consent of all the branches of the government and, as we shall attempt to show, with its direct encouragement... Everybody used the open unenclosed country, which produced nutritious grasses, as a public common on which their horses, cattle, hogs and sheep could run and graze.' at 620."[3]

Just added this comment:
This is an "Act of Congress"[9] and as such it can be argued that every "Act" is limited to land that is fully owned by Congress (as the "United States"). Unless the state has ceded the land thereby granting the United States exclusive legislative proprietary-based jurisdiction over the land then the jurisdiction can and should be challenged.
The Act that created the Department of the Interior also has the same limited jurisdiction. All "BLM" land should be scrutinized as to whether the state actually ceded the land to the "United States".
However, another argument can be raised as to whether or not the United States Congress has Lawful standing ever since Congress adjourned sine die in 1861.[10]
