I am 42 going on 43 in 3 days. I am 5 feet 3 inches and starting weight yesterday (Day 1) was 142.2 lbs. I have been pretty healthy and moderately active my whole life. I had my fourth child Dec 2009. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my late 20s. I believe my pregnancies were hard on my body and caused 2+ years flare ups after having each child. I started with doing the master cleanse after having my third child. I had great results. I continued to do this as well as liver cleanse after my fourth child. Of course never doing any of this while pregnant and nursing. My highest weight after my fourth child was 190+. I lost much of it by doing the master cleanse. The longest I was able to do was 27 days. I was just concerned with using maple syrup since it was sugar when fasting. I wanted to try a water fast this time.
I also want to state that I am fasting using my personal judgment and experience to modify this.It is not just a pure water fast. I'm sure someone may disagree with my method. It's a free country. Take what information is beneficial and leave what isn't. With that said...
Day 1
I started morning with 3 drops hydrogen peroxide in water. I also drink ozonated water through out the morning using distilled water. Around noon I did a coffee enema. I have had great success with doing them and wanted to clean house to jump start things. Everything went smoothly and I felt I had great energy. I did the sauna for about 15 minutes and went on the elliptical machine for another 15. A few hours later I went for a leisurely 30 minute walk. I was surprised I felt pretty strong even after feeding my family dinner. Bought of course since I wasn't ready to cook yet.
Went to the sauna again around 9pm to help with my body temp and get rid of toxins. It's late november here in southern California and i was freeeeeeezing. The sauna was wonderful relief.
I felt the usual right hip pain increase by the end of my walk. My hip, shoulder, neck pain, and tendonitis (elbow, knees) have persisted over the years.
It's usually night times I have difficulty with mental hunger. After putting the kids to bed I usually relax in front of the TV with some light snack. It's a comforting experience so I crave this. I felt really tired and weak at 10:30. I'm usually a night person and don't sleep until 12-1am. I managed to stay awake till midnight so I could have quality time with the hubby. I felt my legs were sore and crampy but still tolerable. I'm so happy I made it through day 1.
Blessings to all.
