day one of 2nd longterm water fast/ juice fast
the journey of my second 30 day water/juice fast. my goal is to lose 40 pounds in 30 days!

i had so much success three years ago water fasting! i lost 40 pounds in one month and continued becoming super healthy and fit by choosing a vegan lifestyle.
well, three years later and 4 moves, 4 jobs, partying, 55 pounds and one beer gut later, i am ready for a permanant change. i have been super excited and super stressed over the past three weeks because i have been extended an invitation to teach english in china! getting the paperwork and living on my friends couch has made me gain 15 pounds!
in addition to going to china (an ultra thin country), i am going to the beach at the end of this month. i cannot go on feeling so sluggish and grotesque. i quit smoking and drinking as of today and i'm ready to get my body to catch up with the life that i am beginning to lead- an AWESOME one!
so, my goal is to do mostly water with some carrot juice for energy. i want to lose 40 pounds by september 18th!
i drank some magnesium citrate and flushed with water. hopefully, this will jumpstart my weight loss and get all of the impurities out of my body!
i'm ready, set, go...
