my progress on my second long water fast this year

i'm back after 3 months. i'm fasting again til the end of this month.
i gained the 10-15 pounds expected to come back, but i think i can avoid the total weight gain this time since i know what to expect. i'm going to stick to my game plan a little better.
the vegan thing is really great. the only problem came when i started eating frozen vegan meals. i just recently learned how rewarding it is to cook for yourself and i want to incorporate exercise this time. i did not exercise all these months since i started my internship.
this time i am going to add at least 45 min of exercise everyday and just eat mostly raw fruits and veggies.
i'm excited.
day 2 and i'm down 2.4 pounds from yesterday.
this time i'm starting at 161 [a large size 9] and my goal is 130ish [a small size 7]...
i'll be posting as much as i can and weighing in everyday to keep me motivated.
