my first month journey of second water fast journey of my water fast it's the beginning of day 2 and i weighed in at 197.6! i lost a couple of pounds. though i know it's water weight for now, it's progress. i am still having withdrawal symptoms [ie: headaches, etc.] but i'm happy to be one day closer to my goal! i'll keep you guys posted!
