water fasting: goal 40 days

this is day 11 of my water fast. the results were pretty normal the first week, then it's like my weight was stagnant for the past few days. it's really discouraging. so last night i did a salt water flush. i had descent results, but i knew that with salt comes water retention. hopefully, things will pick back up. this fast has also been different from my last in that it doesn't feel like i'm fasting. i have so much energy and experienced very mild symptoms. it's kind of weird. any way, day 2 i weighed in at 191.8 and yesterday (day 10) i weighed in at 177.8. if by the end of this two weeks things are still stagnant, i may have some diluted juices to jumpstart the process. wish me luck!
