Day 4 of 30 WF UPDATE

Day 4 UPDATE. Not feeling good.. not at all.. :(

Okay, I actually really don't feel good at all today.

I tried to go for a shower & I almost collapsed, I can't stand for more than 1-2m without almost passing out.

I feel extremely nauseated & I keep dry heaving.

No energy, I think most of today will be spent lying down.

I really hope this passes.. :(

Someone please tell me this will pass?

The good news is that I'm 177LBS today. Sigh.
