Milly, that's fine and you can always do another fast another time. Meanwhile I really advice you to stop fasting and start indroducing some food slowly I suggest you appoint a doctor, you may need pills to stop the reflex or perhaps infusion. It's can be dangerous so I prefer you act quickly with that. ok? when things settle down report us about you. Get well!
