Day 4 - Vivid dreams & heartburn!

I don't feel so bad today! I had a little bit of acid/reflux/heartburn last night though.

I woke up after having a dream that I ate & broke my fast even though I don't feel the need to eat at all. I didn't want to eat in the dream but I was forced to - I definitely won't be giving in to any forcefulness in the real world! I was very, very upset with myself in the dream.

I rarely have dreams but these past few fasting days I have dreamt vividly & remembered each detail. Hmm.
