Unbearable Pain

I only made it for 20.5 hours into day seven. This made the fast 6 days and 20.5 hours. I was in a terrible healing crisis. My body ached so bad that the pain was unbearable. I did not break it due to cravings but due to pain. I told myself from the beginning that I would listen to my body and break it if I felt it was necessary. I have been drinking juice. The pain lifted after around one half hour. I am still weak but better.
