But when you fast, comb your hair and wash your face.
Then no one will suspect you are fasting, except your Father, who knows what you do in secret. And your Father, who knows all secrets, will reward you.

I am planning to start this journey with a short water only fast beginning sometime Thursday. This will make my two worse days, off work days. I already know how hard it is for me to comb my hair and wash my face on those two days. No one will know I will be spending those days in bed, except of course, anyone reading this blog. I will try to keep this secret. I feel the blog will help me keep my focus. I think that's OK, but if it is not, I pray the Lord will show me. Right now, I feel He wants me to blog to help me keep focused.
