Healing Crisis

I am currently on day seven of my water only fast. Day six brought a healing crisis. My body ached at times and I did not have energy. My biggest accomplishment of the day was brushing my teeth, with water only of course, and I struggled to do that. I didn't even comb my hair. In fact, I spent most of the day in bed as I couldn't do much else. My stomach is starting to hurt a little. I sure hope I don't get nauseated. Also, I hope the crisis does not last long.
