Day 11 of my water fast 11 days Hello everyone i am sorry for not posting yesterday but i felt like cramp all yesterday, my legs and back hurt so bad. I think im coming down with a cold or something. I tried to help my kids with there homework late night and i couldn't even think clearly. I got on the scale yesterday morning and i didn't even lose not one pound and then i got on the scale this morning it said i weighed 351.8 so i loss like a few oz. that's crazy i think i'm not losing because im not drinking a lot of water like i should be.I need to do better a lot better. One good thing is i don't have any hunger pangs but im going to try to stick this fast out it is getting harder and harder and i thought is suppose to get easier....L.O.L.
