You are doing an amazing job, it sounds like you are going through some major detoxing, as you mentioned that it felt like you had a cold, which is basically detoxing. I am on day 2 of water fasting.

As for not loosing much weight, perhaps your monthly cycle is near? Do not worry, the weight will come off.

I understand the temptations you are going through, as I am also a mother cooking for 5 kids.

I am going to follow your blog, and I will be praying for you to have the extra strength you need to get through this, just remember a bill of good health...

One thing that helps me is the fact that all these days in front of us will pass. I can either keep things as they are by not changing, or I can use the time to allow my body to heal, and allow my eating behavior to fall away. I like the idea of being healthy more than the idea of a taste of yummy food in my mouth which will start the hunger process all over again, and is very very fleeting.
