Starting my water fast again
Hello everyone i am back sorry that i haven’t post in the last week but i had a really bad cold and like i said in my last post i had to stop my water fast because the medicine i was taking. But last night i decided to start my water fast today because i feel much better now. Now my daughter is sick i guess the change in weather is getting everyone sick. This morning i am going to do a sea salt flush just to clean my colon a little just to get off to a good start. Hello everyone today im here to tell you that i ended my water fast Friday the 12th, not because i wanted to but i had to. I went to the doctors Friday and i have a really bad cold and the medicine he prescribed i have to take food with. I feel so bad right now because i had to end my fasting but i did make it 13 days so that was good. I am hoping by Monday or Tuesday i can start again because i want to complete a 50 to 60 day fast. Hello everyone i am sorry for not posting yesterday but i felt like cramp all yesterday, my legs and back hurt so bad. I think im coming down with a cold or something. I tried to help my kids with there homework late night and i couldn’t even think clearly. I got on the scale yesterday morning and i didn’t even lose not one pound and then i got on the scale this morning it said i weighed 351.8 so i loss like a few oz. that’s crazy i think i’m not losing because im not drinking a lot of water like i should be.I need to do better a lot better. Good morning everyone i hope everyone had a great weekend. Here is a quick update on my weight i couldn’t post my weight over the weekend because i stayed at my mom’s for the weekend and she doesn’t have a computer so i had to wait until i got home. My weekend at my mom was o.k besides her yelling at me for doing a water fast and she was mad because she cooked a lot of food and i didn’t eat any of it. Hello everyone!!! sorry i didn’t get a chance to post my weight this morning but i totally forgot i had to go with my daughter on a field trip today they got to go to the baltimore aquarium it was very nice and after we got home we ended up going to see alice in wonderland the movie was very good everyone should go see it. End of my fifth day of water fasting
Hello everyone just a quick update on how my day went. Well to day was a very busy day for me.I had to go to walmart today to get some cleaning stuff for my home and some sea salt so i can do a sea salt flush so i can get what ever is lefted in my colon out. So in the morning i am going to try the sea salt flush to see if that works.From what i have read up on it , they say it works pretty good. I guess i will find out......L.O.L. Good morning everyone i am here to day to give you a quick update on my weight lose and when i got on the scale this morning i weighed 355 pounds.....yayyyyyyyyyy!!! That’s 4 more pounds gone!!! Even though water fasting is hard ,VERY HARD, i am glad im doing this. I think it’s even harder for me because i am a single mother with 3 kids and i have to cook and be around food every day. Hello everyone here is a quick update of how my day went. Well it sucked.... L.o.L I had a headache all day and i tried to get some sleep but couldn’t sleep. I decided to take a little walk to get some fresh air and after that i felt a little better.So about 4:00 my kids got home from school and they wanted some mcdonald’s now that ready SUCKED!!!! Good morning everyone here is a quick update on my weight lose. I got on the scale this morning and weigh 359p. So that is 2 more pounds gone. I got to admit i feel very tired this morning but that ’s o.k i known that’s all part of fasting. Let’s see how the rest of my day go. hello everyone well its the end of my second day of fasting and i got to say i feel pretty good. I had a few hunger pangs but it wasn’t that bad. I drank like a liter of water today i tried to get some sleep but i couldn’t because i had to keep running to the bathroom.....L.O.L. hello everyone just came to give you a quick update on how i am doing on my fast. I didn’t get a lot of sleep last night i am really tired this morning. I feel a little hungry but nothing i can’t handle. I think today im going to rest while my kids are at school. I just checked my weight about 20 minutes ago and i weigh 364.6 pounds so i dropped about 4 pounds , not to bad..... Well this is just a quick updating of how my first day of my water fast is going. Well i have not had anything to eat since 10 o’clock last night and now its 6;29pm and i am feeling pretty good. I started cooking dinner for my kids about a hour and a half ago and the smell of the food is killing me ....... l.o.l
