hello everyone well its the end of my second day of fasting and i got to say i feel pretty good. I had a few hunger pangs but it wasn't that bad. I drank like a liter of water today i tried to get some sleep but i couldn't because i had to keep running to the bathroom.....L.O.L. I have to say i don't feel weak or anything.well i have to go i have to get my kids ready for bed but i will post my weight lose if any in the morning. Bye!!!!
