hello everyone just came to give you a quick update on how i am doing on my fast. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night i am really tired this morning. I feel a little hungry but nothing i can't handle. I think today im going to rest while my kids are at school. I just checked my weight about 20 minutes ago and i weigh 364.6 pounds so i dropped about 4 pounds , not to bad..... L.O.L. will i have to go i will write another post tonight to let everyone no how i am feel before i go to bed. have a great day everyone.
