I've decided to get back on to the blogging, as I have lost a lot of focus, and desparatly need to find a way of focusing my dieting energy. So im back :)
Ive been very busy from the new year, and I think that that may be one of the reasons that I have lost focus, as its too easy to pick things up when being out and about, so although I have been trying to remain healthy in my food choices (with a few exceptions, lol) I havent been doing as I need to be :(
From the last time I blogged (from just checking) I was 11.01 (155 lbs) and upon weighing myself this morning I am now 11.03 (157 lbs) which isnt a massive amount of weight gain (and miles away from the 12.09 that I started at!!!) So I figured that it would be a shame to not get down to my initial goal of at least 10.07 stone (147 lbs)considering I am so close, and know I could do it within a matter of a few days.
So hopefully this will be my home run!!! So my plan is going to be to do again a complete water fast for a week at first (next Thurday) and depending on how I feel maybe 2 weeks. And I have decided that in order of not making myself feel ill or weak, I will allow myself a low calorie soup every 3 days or if im feeling weak.
I know its not gonna be as easy this time around breaking the eating cycle, as I have gotten use to my particular comforts of hot chocolates before bed, and lattes during the day (as well as a few other things :) and I also dont think the fact that im not as worried about my weight at the moment is helping either (I still fit in to my skinny Jeans!!!) but a few months ago I would have been estatic to have been as close to my goal as I am now, knowing that I could effectivley loses this weight in a few days/weeks as opposed to months is great!!!
I will weigh myself each morning, as before :) and update (If I can) and again will give an account of my day in the evening (I found that really helpful last time.)
