I havent posted for the last few days, cause I had to travel, which really messed up my whole fasting :( (not terribly, but I have been eating :( I did start back on the 1st, but then was invited out for sushi with a few friends, as a belated New Years celebration (and I really love sushi, and just wanted to have it again before I started back on my fast properly, lol) So today is technically the start of day 1 (again, lol) I havent weighed myself yet, and dont think I will for a few days in (wanna be stable on the diet before I do) I do think I have put on a few lbs, but know im not where I was, cause my skinny jeans still fit :)(and they definitely didnt do that in Novenber, lol)
But as before, I will continue to update on my progress :)
I think my main focus at the moment is getting back in to the frame of mind of fasting :( I need to get to the 3 day mark, then I think I will be ok :)
