End of Day 31 End of day 31 I am at the end of day 31, and have done reasonably well today, but did eat some chicken, more so for the reason that I felt very weak today :( and knew that I had a busy evening (and memories of me collapsing where a factor aswell) but once I ate the chicken I felt much better. I hope that it dosnt effect my weight tomorrow, but if it does, its just one of them things, as I would prefer to gain a pound, than feel ill, but we will see.
