I am at the end of day 30, and am officially at the end of my initial time line of the fast :):):) but however plan to go a little further, but am very proud of myself and am very happy that I can now for the first time in 2 years fit in to my skinny jeans, I was wearing them with pride today :) and they felt soooo... comfortable.

But I still have a bit of a way to go, so will definitely continue with my updates :)

I have kept to the fast today, apart from eating a few spoonfulls of tuna and having a quater of a mug of hot choclate, but im not going to beat myself up about that, as I feel I have done very well thus far.

I will check in again in the morning with another update.
