Date: 12/21/2009 4:47:06 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1770 times Day Thirty Three, and I have decided to give the fast a break for a week or 2, mainly due to the fact that I felt really unwell yesterday :( and am thinking that I may have reached my fasting limit (30 days is a long time) so think im ging to take a break until after christmas, and then resume on trying to shift this last stone and a half (providing I dont put on too much over christmas) Yesterday I had very bad heart burn, and felt very dizzy :( so consumed 1 sugar free Red Bull, a little beef and a little cheese and onion Queech (without the crust) which too be honest made me feel a lot better :) and today I know that I have a lot of running up and down to do, and think its important that I have the energy to do so, so am going to have a low calorie soup before I go, and if nessecary will eat whils im out. I did weigh myself this morning, and am the same as I was yesterday 11.01 (156 lbs) but im not bothered, as yesterday showed me that being able to function correctly is much more important. So will probably not post again until sometime after christmas (think I need to be giving my body a break) I do expect to put a little weight on when I break the fast, but nowhere in comparison to what I was, and apart from Christmas day, I plan to only have very light meals, like soup and maybe different forms of white meat/fish and maybe some greens. But I will update on my progress :)
