End of day 4 Emd of Day 4 I am at the end of day 4, and am extremely tired, due to only hetting 4 hours sleep yesterday. But again have got through another day of the fast :)will probably start weighing in again over the course of next week, but will play it by ear (to me the most important thing is actually sticking with the fast, as eating over the christmas period made this very difficult :( Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
