Date: 10/3/2009 7:39:21 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1614 times Day 17 and 18 have already passed. I'm on day 19 now, and I'll definitely make it until day 20 at least. I'm feeling great- healthy and fit. I'm definitely not going back to fatty food. sugar filled foods, and junk food! I'm not even going to eat meats besides chicken and fish, and I'm not going to do dairy. I love soy milk now, and don't really care for cheese so it should be easy for me. Plus, I read a book recently on why you don't need meat or dairy and rather enjoyed it.
