Day 17
Some gross observations and some nice updates
Date: 9/10/2009 12:10:13 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2683 times So I am getting bored with fast. I was to eat. I want to eat because I am bored. Sad. Definitely a learning experience. I am not hungry.
My skin is SOOOO soft! Like a baby's butt. I went over to my boyfriend's while he was cooking. Oh, he's such a good cook. And it smelled wonderful! It did make me hungry. Oh! And my hair looks fabulous! So shiny!
I got a little overly-sensitive last night. I had a large bm this morning, but non of the "plaque". Therefore, I am convinced that the psyllium/bentonite does not harden in the intestines creating this "supposed plaque". This is according to the skeptics. I don't know what I believe. I am trying to keep a skeptical open mind. Therefore, I don't believe in the "hardening" theory, because it was basically 1:1 when it came to what went in and what came out, and it was not solid. I really do hope that if the plaque exists, it finally comes out. Granted, I have only been diligent for 3 days, but my waist is shapely, except for my hard pooch in the lower abdomen.
Has anyone had any positive experiences with cleaning out the plaque? Did you tummy get flatter? Did you end up eating less due to the ability to get the nutrients you need?
Anyway, my weight measurement is prior to the bm. (I have had it make a difference before. It's sad that I know this, I realize that.)
