Day 10
Things are getting really gross. Only read if you want to know details.
Date: 9/3/2009 8:12:40 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1634 times So yesterday I had a meltdown to some extent. I was unreasonable, sensitive, argumentative and so on. I left my oranges that I had picked up on my way to work in the meeting room, so I didn't get fresh juice last night. My cleanse was so intense. It was the closest to a water fast that I have ever been on. My body felt thick. My head felt heavy.
Then I had a major purge of toxins this morning. My breath was so bad that it actually woke me up. I ended up brushing my teeth 3 times throughout the night. Then I had a huge pimple on my neck, which I never get. I felt a lot better afterwards. Almost clean. So better out than in I suppose.
Oh, and when I woke up, it felt like I had a fever with a sore, congested throat. I completely forgot that I would be feverish throughout this process. I ended up with yellow/green mucus, but the strangest thing was as soon as it came out, I felt 100 times better. My throat didn't hurt; my fever went away; and I felt really good.
Also, I get random nose runs that last only 5 minutes, which is indicative of toxins being purged.
I put extra bentonite in my shake this morning to catch more toxins.
I am also starting to have fears of whether I will gain this weight back. I know that I kept most of it off after the first fast, but I still have that fear. Also, i am really looking forward to taking my herbs to clear out the mucoid plaque. I fly home tonight, so I will get to start that tomorrow.
