Figured out why I haven't lost weight
Date: 9/6/2009 6:54:39 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1585 times I am feeling a lot better today. Although I figured out why I haven't "lost" any more weight. I started my period yesterday. Man, I am cramping, too. A little more than normal. But hey, it usually only lasts one day.
I finally had a bm this morning. I laid out in the sun the other morning, and I know that made me feel a little better. Well, let me qualify what laying out in the sun really means:
I am naturally a blond, but since I have been staying out of the sun for years, it's starting to get darker. I have decided to lighten it naturally, so I throw on a long skirt and a long sleeve shirt so my arms and legs don't get burnt. I put on a sun visor, so my face doesn't get sun, but my hair does. (Yes, I look like I am a character of Big Bang Theory.) I just lay on a blanket on my balcony reading a book and let the sun do its thing with my hair. It is slowly getting lighter, and I don't get burned. When I was a child, we lived on the beach, and my hair was so light. It's getting there again quick. Plus I am finding laying in the heat is soooo relaxing.
