Day 2, Afternoon Entry
Fasting

I am half way through day 2. The fast only bothers me when I am preparing food for my family, my husband is eating my favorite foods around me or when I am grocery shopping. I am always in the kitchen cooking something or preparing food for someone and it is challenging to resist the food I must admit. But with a family to take care of and cook for there is no way to avoid it, I just have to be strong.
I have been a little hungry today. I feel extremely tired and wore out but that is probably mostly from the lack of sleep I have been getting. I cant wait to get the weekend done. I am always so extremely busy on the weekends that I wont have time to think about food (hopefully).
