Day 1 , Evening Entry

Well, I have pretty much made it through day one. Today went pretty good over all. I have been getting hungry off and on since this afternoon, but that was expected. I have been drinking extra water when I start to feel hungry and it has done a good job of suppressing my appetite.I am still really tired from being up all night with my son, but that is normal.

I'm ready to get tomorrow over with. Hopefully it will go well. Bring on day two!!
