Date: 7/17/2009 9:12:23 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1644 times So I am back to 190.8. I guess that should teach me to stay on my fast and exercise. LOL I am still hoping to reach the 70's before the end of the month. ) So that is about 11 lbs. i hope it is possible.
I just found another exercise partner that actually seems motivated like I am. We are meeting Sunday to think of a routine we can do in Central Park in the morning 3x per week. So hopefully that will help me a lot.
I have realized the importance of exercise, I see i am losing weight but I feel fat. At my highest I was around 215lbs so in the past 2 months I have gotten down to 190 which is great. But I would like to be a fit and healthy 150 or 140. I think when I get to the 170's I will feel better and more confident.
I have continued my soy milk in the morning. I add a lot of psyllium seeds to that which helps me go to the bathroom a lot. Even with the soy milk i feel like my body is still detoxing. I think one day a week i will continue to water fast just to speed things up.
