Day 4 and I made it!

I am so happy I made it to day 4. I decided to add psyllium seeds to my Fast. Also I decided to have an occasional cup of soy milk. It fills me up and it makes me happy! So far it has been easy breezy, :) Although I am at 192lbs which worries me because I think it is mostly water weight. So today I am going to try and drink 10-12 cups of water. In addition to my juice.
Talk to you soon. I'm excited my first goal was 189 and I am close! I start looking good at 170 and I feel great and look better at 145-150. :) It all seems possible by the end of the summer. I also have a personal trainer starting next week. (Which is why I wanted to add some soy milk.)
