Day 5- Made It!
Day 5 on my weight loss fasting journey
Date: 7/9/2009 6:50:32 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1473 times So i am at 191.2 or 191.5 I don't know, I got on the scale 2 times and it gave me 2 different numbers. Anyway I was hoping I would get to my goal of 189 by Saturday and after that lose an avg of 4-5 lbs per week so by the end of the month I am in the 170's.
Yesterday was not so difficult mainly because i was at work until 8pm and then came home and passed out. Long days like that are easy because i am so busy i forget to think about eating. I also think I am going to see a hydrotherapist when I reach a plateau to give me that extra push to continue. I will be starting exercising again with an exercising partner Monday or Tuesday twice a week and every week there after I will add a day or 15 min. I want to make sure my metabolism stays up and I can continue losing weight just a little slower than this first week. I know half is water weight so I think next week will be my avg weight loss throughout the rest of my journey! Hope everyone is doing well!
