Day 1 to begin soon - 177.6 lbs

Loss of blood...

Due to some medical testing I wasn't able to start my fast. However, I will be starting my fast this afternoon or tomorrow. I didn't think it was a good idea to start a water fast after having a bunch of blood taken combined with anemia!
