fasting and anger

fasted on water all day to come home and make a liter of fresh juice in my Green Star!
Also had 3 TBS of RAW bee pollen. I am just LOVIN it!
I am thinking of dry fasting on easter Friday...

I was pretty much tired all day at work. But once I had the juice I was full of energy again.

I am s till very angry.....these are the feelings I tend to numb with food...

I have no patience, am snappy and mean...

I don't like this person...

I am sorry to the ppl around me..
