today is beautiful

today has been a pretty great day. i just returned from a jog around the lake by my house. it's 4 miles and i was shocked at the energy i had. i did develop huge welt like hives all over my legs and arms. not sure what that's all about.

i managed to do the salt water flush this morning. loads of fun.

i'm going to go take a nap and i can't tell you how happy that makes me.
