it's been a few days since i finished the master cleanse. the first day i juiced oj with my new champion juicer i got for x-mas. i cannot say enough good things about this juicer. it is expensive but worth every penny. then i made my veggie soup and ate that for 2 days. for the rest of the week i'm only eating whole foods and i have been feeling great. i even started going to yoga, which i love. things feel really good. i'm glad this cleanse coincided with the election of obama...change is coming to me and my country!
