day 7!!!!!!!!!

well, i made it to day 7 on the master cleanse. it really isn't that long but it felt like forever. and i feel great. i just went and got my organic oranges to juice for breaking it. later i will go to the farmers market to get my produce and make a big pot of soup.

my weight this morning was 197...10 lbs total lost. for the next week i will do whole foods, vegan and mostly raw. then next monday i'm starting the arise and shine cleanse. the hardest part is over. my body is ready to live the way it was meant to be lived.
