dropped almost two pounds

Odd since I ate cereal/dates for breakfast, half a pint of green & blacks vanilla icecream, and drank 6oz each olive oil and fresh grapefruit juice followed by a teaspoon of raw honey.
Got up and drank epsom salts and water. Did another coffee enema. That helped.
Passing lots of split pea sized gallstones today. About half a dozen were about a centimeter in diameter, most of the rest have been around half that size.
Nauseated today, but did really well all night.
Taking it easy.
Forgot to do injection this morning. Spending a bit too much time in the loo.
