Learned that the phase 3 is going to be really important. I gained back 10 pounds in five days. And I only had three meals that were not exactly what they should have been. Did have some Chinese food that must have had msg in it. Big permanent no-no. That is scary. It really will take the 3-6 weeks to stabilize the weight loss. I know some of this is just water, and I am ovulating which always bumps my weight up by a couple of pounds. Wowee.
I really need to plan my P3 a lot better and stricter. No exceptions. Just adding cheese to my one veg and lean meat meal added almost three pounds in a day.

Should have gotten further from that old weight set point.
