Day 1 189.5 -6.5 gorge headachy 175iu IM injections
Day 2 190 +.5 gorge not hungry, and it was really hard to eat much at all
Day 3 187.5 -2.5vlcd tumbly grumbly. Not getting much activity.
Day 4 185 -2.5 pretty happy! actually losing and not feeling hunger
Day 5 184 -1 added two rykrisp a day today
Day 6 183 -1 breasts swollen tender-tom soon? I never know when it will arrive..stupid pcos
Day 7 183 0 tired. my scale only shows pounds lost so I could lose ounces and not have a clue
Day 8 182 -1 not hungry but fantasizing about cheese and peanut butter. I eat pb maybe 4 times a year. odd
Day 9 182 0 Shaky but not hungry today. Acting stupidly and getting a headache late day..hmm
Day 10 182.7 +.7 Bought new scale and not counting this as a gain because I know my old scale weighed light. Just going to start counting loss from here. I think the scale weighs 3-4 pounds heavier than the old one though.
Day 11 183.2 +.5 Really upset. How can my weight go up half a pound overnight? I did lose two inches off my waist, and about an inch off some other areas. Except my bust (of course!).

Day 14 182.6 +1 REALLY not fair. How did I gain a pound?
Day 15 181.3 -1.3 Call me human yoyo. I know I have lost more than ten pounds from the scale I started on, but we are calling this 8.7 pounds lost in first two weeks. .62 pounds lost daily average. woo hoo
Day 16 180.5 - 1.2 Very nice loss. TOM traumatized me. Dreamed I had my flat stomach back.
Day 17 179 -1.5 This is very encouraging. I have lost 11 pounds! Not sure I could have waited to start, but I do have to wonder if it would have been smarter to start right after TOM just for my own mental health.
Day 18 178.1 -.9 Ay Caramba! This is such a miracle! My fattest pants are too loose to wear without them sliding halfway off my booty, so they are going away! Sleeping well, but going to bed very early last three nights, need extra sleep. Waking up refreshed. I was really sparing energy the first two weeks, but suddenly my energy is up. Went for a lovely longer walk today, about double my usual, and feel perky. I love you hcg.
Day 19 178.1 -0 Going for long bike ride today. Hope it doesn't result in water retention.
Day 20 177.5 -.6 Sore as heck, but down .6 pound. I was wiped after the ride, probably need to plan to take protein if staying out that long. Fun though.
Did measurements. Down TWO inches from my fattest belly area in under two weeks.
Day 21 178.8 +1.3 What the heck? I got a cold, took two aspirin yesterday. Drank hot lemon water all day. Ate my two meals just as usual. I was in bed most of the day feeling miserable with a sore throat and headache, but how can that cause over a pound of gain. I am really disappointed.
Day 22 178.5 -.3 I really thought that weight would fall off. Following protocol precisely, weighing everything. Drinking WATER. Sleeping. I could cry. Relosing the same pounds is not encouraging.
Day 23 177.7 -.8 Only had one fruit, no grain yesterday. Only fish. Still have a cold and sore throat.
Day 24 177.6 -.1 Apple day today. I have had it with not getting through this stupid weight. I was really hot last night when throughout this I have been cold. Wonder if that is my metabolism finally picking up?
Day 25 176.1 -1.5 Okay, apple days work. Hubby did his two days ago, weight went down a couple pounds, then back up one today. Still down though. I am almost desperate to leave the 170s behind.
Day 26 177.3 +1.2 Dang water weight
Day 27 176.4 -.9 yo you again walking daily though, that makes a world of difference
Day 28 175.5 -.9 still dropping Hallelujah lost 2.25 inches last week, .75 from neck
Day 29 173.3 -2.2 What a wonderful end of 4 weeks gift! Come on 160s. I am in my next size down fat pants...lol. Much encouraged.
Day 30 172.6 -.7 Only ate dinner yesterday. Too ookie out so I just did the rebounder, it is getting slightly easier. Last day of injections for hubby. I am going to take 4 days off and start a second 28 day round on Monday.
Day 31 171.8 -.8 Only ate dinner again. So busy with work, running around, not getting any lunch. I felt AWFUL yesterday. Mild virus, maybe? No injection
Day 32 172.3 +.5 Don't know why that went up. Water equalizing again. I can wear my cute (big) sundresses! Second day no injection, start again on Monday another 4 week round. Hooray HCG and Thank You Lord!
Day 33 174 +1.7 Ate cheese. I know my intestines will probably fill back up somewhat with eating more, so my weight may go up a bit.
Day 34 176 +2 Had two slices ezekiel bread, I know those don't weigh two pounds.
Day 35 180.8 Had some rice with stir fry at chinese. Probably was msg. Big no-no. P3 may be harder than I thought. Good thing this is only a mini break. I am shocked how much weight can jump up. Ready to start round 2. Starting journal there.
