lost 31.9 pounds, .51 pounds average daily in 63 days

Losing mostly steadily and very happy with it. Hormones play a huge roll for me. I can tell when I ovulate, it is worse than the actual cycle on my weight and feelings.
6 week cycle this time. I really pray that this is healing my endocrine system. My hypothalamus should be resetting somewhere around today. I have been exhausted last couple of days. Could barely get up this morning. Dreaming more.
Eating vlcd still, noticing I do better at loss and attitude when my protein has a bit more fat in it.
So thrilled fruits are ripe and in season. Had a peach omelet (eggwhite) for breakfast yesterday and roast chicken breast for dinner.
We started making bone broth again since hubby is working out heavily with the boy. I cannot figure out how to add that to my plan, but I am sure my joints will thank me once I can.
Today is day 22 of a 28 day cycle, going to do another immediately so it is really going to be a 56 or so day cycle. That will get me into the low 150s hopefully.
People are just now really starting to notice my weight loss and say things. I had to lose 5 inches off my waist to be noticeable? Over 30 pounds? Of course, I am only down one size in clothes. How does that work?
Have to dig out clothes I put away (fat clothes that got too tight) and see what I can wear.
