liver flush today

Feeling kind of ookie..not unusual when drinking epsom salts. Liver flush later. Ate three bites of triticale and dates first thing this morning. Drank my first dose of epsom salts and vitamin c powder. Got all my errands done. Bought some fresh cream and raspberries for later. Pile of lemons and grapefruits, bottle of evoo. Milled some organic coffee for enemas.
I am so dreading this. I know flushing my liver is good for me, and I feel better later, but nothing takes the horror out of it for me.
