Day 2, but messed up
Lost 2 lbs, but need to start over
Date: 5/22/2008 7:30:22 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1943 times Weight myself this morning and lost 2 lbs (I am 144.6 now). Felt really proud of myself. Had water and lemonade for breakfast/lunch. But messed up this afternoon as I ate some food. I think the biggest temptation for me is during social gatherings. I get weird looks from friends/family when I don't eat with them and sometimes they make me feel bad and/or awkward. I don't want to disclose to them that i'm fasting cause I know their reaction would be negative and they wouldn't understand my reasons for doing so. I have to be more aware of my triggers, not let anyone influence my decisions, and remind of myself of my goal. I think because I am possibly going to do lasik surgery next week, it would be best for me to drink juice as well. Maybe I will do a combo of juice, water, and MC...
