Day 12

Today I felt perfectly normal ... allow me to explain. Up until day 10, it seems I was constantly obsessed with where I was on the cleanse, the day I was on, how many lemonades I'd had, etc. Seems like once I reached that goal, I was able to relax and just be. I still feel good. Today I DID have some hunger pains though. I'm starting to think today will be my last day...my tongue is pink and I feel satisfied with what I've accomplished (maybe that's a detox symptom LOL) but today was the first day that the lemonade didn't completely quell the hunger pains so maybe my body is trying to tell me I'm done. Definitely doin this again though. :)
