Day 9
Livin my life like it's golden
Date: 3/31/2008 10:56:40 PM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1935 times I felt better today than I have felt the whole cleanse. And I thought I felt pretty good up to this point! But today, I was in a great mood, I got a lot done at work (no more mind fog!), and felt really light and healthy in general. I wonder if this is the part everybody raves about or does it get even better than this?
I can't believe tomorrow is day 10! When I started this, I was just hopeful that I could make it this far but I wasn't sure. This has taught me that I have the self control to take better care of my health...something I intend to take with me as I foray back into the world of non-fasting. So weird that I started this worried that I wouldn't be able to not eat and now I'm worried about the fact that I will be able to.
I'm debating whether I want to keep going past tomorrow and stretch this out a lil longer. I mean, tomorrow is Tuesday so I'm thinkin I might as well go til the weekend...but we'll see. I'm just really happy and proud of myself that I reached my goal.
Believe in yourself and stay focused and you can do anything! That is the new slogan in life. For all of us.
