Day 7
Guess my stomach has shrunk
Date: 3/30/2008 1:29:04 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1922 times Ahhhh...I got a body wrap today. The tech said I lost 13 inches. My clothes felt looser when I left but I'm not sure I believe yet. There are people who say it's just water weight and if that's the case, then I definitely gave them a lot to work with. That's all I got. LOL!
Anyway, today was a pretty good day. Tomorrow is the day I am dreading because I hear day 8 can have some pretty strong detox symptoms. We'll see. I figure at this point, I'm so close to day 10 I can feel it!
I'm still cold. Very cold. I've upped my cayenne...but my eliminations are still mostly fluid with spongy matter in it...like fecal soup. Yum Oh! Oh and there's a fuzzy matter constantly on the undersides of my teeth. Hate that.
I drank way less lemonade today...didn't seem to need it as much. Usually I drink about 6 glasses...today I only needed 4.
Well, I'm goin to bed. I'm feeling very sweepy.
Oh and I'm down 7 pounds.
