Hot Damn it's Day 10!

The view from my soapbox is so clear

I cannot believe I made it here! And yet...I can. All you have to do to get to Day 10 is Decide. Decide that you will make it to Day 10 and you will because there will be no other option. And once you get here....oh man, it is so awesome. You will feel so proud in knowing that you are even stronger than you ever thought you could be and that in choosing to take care of yourself, you were able to keep your commitment to yourself. And then you can ask yourself, where else can I use this commitment in my life? Where else can I succeed where I and others have doubted me before?

And all those around you who said you were crazy...all those people who constantly checked on you for the past ten days looking deep into your eyes to make sure they hadn't glazed over and you weren't on the verge of fainting...all of those people will be in awe too. And as they tell you how much healthier your skin looks, how good your demeanor is, and how well you appear to be, they, too, will know how strong you are. And they will think twice before they ever second guess anything you say you're determined to do.
