Day 6

easy and breezy...

I experienced my first time of not sleeping much on day 5 night. I could not sleep to save my life so I was up until 3:30 a.m. No fun. Then I got up early for church and only had about 4 hours of sleep. Suprisingly enough I was not tired all day.

Day 6 went well. I had a couple MC lemonades and water. That was it. I found it to be a much easier day than 5. So for those that have a hard time on day five, stick with it.

My pants are fitting much looser - especially in the waist and butt. Kind of crazy to think that could happen already, but it is definitely noticeable.

Well I am going to get back to work now. Good luck to those who are fasting. And seriously, it has been so much easier than the first time I fasted.

For day 7 I am going to do the MC lemonade. I am finishing the rest that I have made. Then day 8 I will move to strictly water.
