Day 3
I have found that this time around I am focused less on food and any time I feel myself thinking about eating I review the reasons I am doing this in my mind.

I think I have a lot more will power this time around. I have so many things to prepare my body and mind for that it helps keep me on track.
Yesterday I had a cantaloupe and blueberry juice for breakfast and vegetable broth for any other snacks throughout the day. Day 4(today) will begin without juices and move to vegetable broth and MC. I haven't had the MC drink in a long time, but I do love the taste, so it shouldn't be that difficult. *hoping*
I worked out for 45 minutes yesterday- running and walking hills. Today my legs are sore...which I love the feeling.
I used to run about 10 miles a day and then just stopped my exercise routine after hearing some bad news. I kind of gave up on myself and then I gained approximately 30 pounds over the course of 8 months. I already feel much lighter since starting the fast and cannot wait to feel the changes in my health and my ability to exercise more easily.
I have been drinking over a gallon of water a day and that has really helped my hunger. I have found that this time around I am focused less on food and any time I feel myself thinking about eating I review the reasons I am doing this in my mind. It has helped tremendously.
Best wishes to all and I will post on day 4 tomorrow.
weight - I am not weighing myself until I get into a sz 10. I am a 12 right now so that shouldnt take me too long. After that I will begin posting my weight every 3 or 4 days. The biggest change so far is in my face, my arems and my breasts. *sad*
